As I'm being catapulted into the spring market I want to take a moment to reflect on these amazing past few months of 2018 and all the memories, great successes, inspiring new relationships and personal growth that has been achieved thus far since starting with E&V. I have had the inspiring privilege of assisting 30+ families buy or sell the place they call home. To make it all possible Engel & Völkers Minneapolis now has three locations with the best brokerage support staff in the industry. Collectively we have helped more than 800 families achieve their real estate goals and I could not be more thankful for the trust that has been placed in me as your real estate advisor. I will continue to be lead by passion in order to provide my clients with luxury service no matter their price point. My business has grown every year since starting this incredible journey 3 short years ago. In February, during our annual Engel & Völkers Minneapolis Awards Celebration my peers and the leadership team recognized me as the 2017 Ambassador of the Year. It was a surprise but such an honor to be recognized for my superior efforts, which could not have been accomplished with out my loyal and trusted clients. Thank you! As spring 2018 kicks off to an incredible start I expect the market to remain strong and fast paced. I am ready and motivated to help more families achieve their real estate goals! Inventory is still low, presenting homeowners with the opportunity to achieve maximum equity. Even with low inventory my competence and experience helps today's buyers navigate through the competitive market, without solely competing on price.
