Everything from staging, styling, photography, and videography to virtual walkthroughs need to be executed properly to gain an edge and sell for the most amount of money. You may disagree, but those looking to sell have only one opportunity and chance to make the best first impression. If this opportunity is missed or underrepresented it will 100% affect the possible outcome of the sale of the property. Why take a chance or gamble with one’s largest asset?
