SPRING HAS SPRUNG: Groundhog’s day has come and gone, and Punxsutawney Phill predicted 6 more weeks of winter. The winter may still be in full swing outside, but the real estate spring market has already arrived! People have been cooped up and are eager to get into their next home. The air is full of hope as vaccines continue to roll out, and people are looking forward to getting back to a sense of normalcy. Inventory is at an all-time low, and buyer demand is high. Transactions are moving at a break-neck pace and there are no signs of it slowing down. This can seem overwhelming, but with the right team behind you, the process will be smooth sailing.
