BALTIMORE’S CLASSIC FIVE TO HOLD CHILLY WILLY SCRAMBLE Classic Five will host the Chilly Willy Scramble at Pine Ridge Golf Course BALTIMORE, Md. – Baltimore Municipal Golf Corporation (BMGC), also known as Baltimore’s Classic Five, will host the second in its series of scramble golf outings this winter, the Chilly Willy Scramble, on February 4 at Pine Ridge Golf Course. The Chilly Willy Scramble will be played using the 18-Hole Scramble format, featuring a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. In scramble format, all players tee off and then choose to play their next shots from the location of the team’s best shot. Registration for the Chilly Willy Scramble outing is open. A $260 per team price includes green fees, carts, breakfast, lunch and prizes. Space is limited to the first 30 teams. The Chilly Willy Scramble will feature Risk Reward Holes and a Black Jack Station. On certain holes, a large circle will be painted on the ground 100 yards from the tee. If any player is able to hit their ball into the circle the team may advance their ball to a designated area marked by the tournament committee. Before the players tee off at certain holes, they will have the option to play the starter in a hand of Black Jack. If the players win, they tee off from special tee placements. Players 49 & younger will play the White Tee Markers. Players 50 & older will play the Gold Tee Markers. Ladies will play from the Red Tee Markers.
