Learning directly from experienced colleagues gave me a better foothold on responsible design. Voluntary Shop Assistant, Children’s Charity Shop. 2018 - Present Customer service is important in all levels, and I find a charity shop the perfect opportunity to offer my services whilst learning the importance of conversation and teamwork.
