“It really is a fantastic time to be involved in Noosa real estate”. Our sales team have had a very busy 2016 and are looking forward to meeting 2017 with renewed enthusiasm. Melbourne and Sydney buyers are dominant with their booming markets and new found equity in their own homes. It is no coincidence we are seeing a lot of Sydneysiders right now. 2016 has seen strong sales with good prices and some records too!. We are seeing steady and sustainable growth. It was pleasing to see the Reserve Bank announcement of holding interest rates at the low official rate of just 1.50%. It is excellent for our buyers and probably contributing to the scarcity of sellers also. Our highest sale in the past few months has been just under $8Mill for a beachfront apartment and we hope to announce another shortly to top that. Hastings street apartments have been running out the door as has Noosa Hill and Noosa Springs. Strong sales have been achieved in all our micro markets and indeed all price ranges with both investors and `mums and dads` buying properties. The across the board sales are a strong indicator of the depth of a market on the move. We know what happens next – when demand remains strong and supply shrinks – there is only one way to go and that is up. Our advice: get it while you can still afford it. The Noosa market is one to watch very closely, but if you are thinking of investing, don’t wait too long.
