Dr. Teimour Nasirov Dr. Teimour Nasirov is a Pediatric and Adult Cardiothoracic Surgeon, thriving on the inspiration he receives from his work everyday. “It is truly amazing,” Dr. Nasirov said. “To be able to affect patients’ lives for years and even decades. You can change their lifespan, and that’s an incredible feeling”. At Sutter Health, Dr. Nasirov and his team perform open and closed heart surgeries on all patients, from newborns to the elderly. In addition to operating, he teaches and works with residents of Stanford University Medical Center and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. After completing numerous years of education and training, Dr. Nasirov has become a wellrounded and well-educated physician with a true passion for what he does for other people.

Dr. Tetyana Kovalenko People of the pediatric profession are truly amazing. From a child’s first days of life, to their 18th birthday, the pediatrician is there for it all. Tetyana Kovalenko is a board certified pediatrician practicing in California at Mercy Medical Group in Midtown. She has been blessed with the experience of learning and practicing pediatrics in the US, and her native country of Ukraine. After completing her medical education in her hometown of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, she moved to Cleveland, Ohio. She successfully completed her residency at Rainbow Babies and Children`s Hospital and began practicing as a pediatrician. The pediatric field was, and still is her passion. Tetyana is particularly interested in providing integrative care and urgent care to children of all ages. Her interests also include working with families to construct detailed treatment plans for their children to address nutrition, behavior, and health optimization.
