Governor Cheboi signs MoU with World Vision
blue economy through Agricultural Sector Development Support Programme (ASDSP) in collaboration with the department of public health, Kenya Dairy Board and BAMSCOS conducted training sessions for more than 80 milk transporters on topics which include: Safe milk handling, milk quality testing, hygienic milk transportation, storage, and preservation, and equipment maintenance for milk handling and chilling. The county's private sector and cooperative organizations were used to select the carriers.
This will ensure that dairy farmers obtain the greatest value for their milk as well as reliable and sustained returns which is of utmost importance. In an effort to support the sector's expansion, the County Government pledges to support dairy farming through its key partners.

Governor Benjamin Cheboi has signed MoU with World Vision Kenya led by the National Director Gilbert Kamanga, a treaty that will have the NGO spend sh400 million in implementing development projects, largely the sinking of boreholes in areas with insufficient water supply in the county to ease access to clean water by learners and locals.
