ONLINE Utility Exchange’s Business IntelliScore Reports:

Commercial applicants who pose low risk and display an IntelliScore of <<80 to 100>> shall pay no deposit.

Commercial applicants who pose a medium risk and display an IntelliScore of <<70 to 79>> shall pay a deposit of one time the highest monthly usage of the service address during the prior 12 months. New applicants will have this usage estimated based on connected load size.

Commercial applicants who pose a moderate credit risk and display an IntelliScore of <<69 or lower>> shall pay a deposit of two times the highest monthly usage of the service address during the prior 12 months. New applicants will have this usage estimated based on connected load size.

B. Active Commercial Applicant – Additional Service Request

i. Corporations, Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Limited Liability

Companies (LLC) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) with one or more active accounts may be subject to an additional deposit on new service requests based on REC credit history and will be determined at the discretion of the Cooperative.

C. New/Returning Medical Marijuana Business Applicant

Any applicant that applies for electric service for the purpose growing, harvesting, processing and/or distributing medical marijuana for commercial purposes, will be subject to the deposit amounts in Table 1 below. If the applicant requests multiple services, a separate deposit will be required for service.

D. Active Medical Marijuana Business Applicant – Additional Service

Request

Active accounts requesting additional services will be subject to the deposit amounts in Table 1.
