This thesis is primarily concerned with the shift from working on small objects and networks of flow to focusing on bigger large urban scale projects such as Jaipur 2.0 tourist city. The purpose of this thesis is to develop the missing block of the ancient city of Jaipur by constructing a tourist city in the valley that will act as connections for the historic architecture around the old city. It describes innumerable opportunities that might transform a deserted valley into something engaging, profitable, and desirable to people and communities.
As tourism has been the fastest-growing business in the twenty-first century. The project has the potential to overcome the challenges of site restrictions and deliver the benefits of natural surroundings and beautiful views. The tourist town would not only promote archi tourism , attract more tourists to the city and spur economic growth, but it would also resolve the issue of overcrowding in the old city by relocating hotels and market space to enable the old city to breathe and preserve its UNESCO historic designation.

Design Strategies
Traditional villa design is influenced by rock-cut architecture, specifically the ellora caves, which represent the final stage in the evolution of rock-cut media and the emergence of the impact of free-standing structures.
Tadao Ando’s rokko dwelling, which emphasises the cut-and-fill principle, influenced the placement of the villas around the hill. The villas’ design is inspired by traditional Jaipur city dwellings, with a courtyard system incorporated into the structure to provide a respite from the outside world by creating a quiet microclimate and a wonderful source of natural light and cross ventilation for the interior areas. They also serve as a visual link to a location of sociocultural public activity via terraces and verandas. The structures were built with natural materials to blend in with their surroundings. A synthesis of urban modern and classical elements may be the answer to architecture that belongs and makes room for the future. The units are partially submerged in the mountain to blend in with the existing natural setting, and access to them is via the main trail.

This is an initative to encourage “Beach circuit Tourism” by the “Department of Tourism” so there is a need for a better address to a healthy,pollution free,modern amenity hub to the tourists in a peaceful and urban environment along the Bay of Bengal.
