Living-Learning Communities (LLCs) are self-selected groups of students who share similar academic, cultural, or language interests, and explore them together through common courses and out- of-classroom activities. These communities are designed to be exploratory and do not require a student to commit to a particular field of study. Each LLC has an affiliated residence hall and a peer mentor who is responsible for creating intentional events and opportunities related to the theme of the LLC. There are LLCs for first-year, transfer, and continuing students.
