Bulk Trash Pick Up If it’s larger than a black trash bag, it needs to be placed in the bulk trash area.

This is a free service for the residents of Runaway Bay. Call the office for more information and drop off times.

Mask & 6 Feet of Care Courtesy reminder to please wear a mask and stay 6 feet away from others when your’re in the common areas of the community.

Rental Payments Contact the office if you are interested in paying your rent on dates other than the drive thru option. For more information click on the photo of the check.

Honey B Pringle is the sweetest lab/house mix around. Her bark is louder than her bit, but she’s never met a human she didn’t love. Honey B’s favorite pastimes include: long walks in the field or on the beach, she’s been know to eat any “treats” she is spoiled with, and loves a good bell rub and snooze in a sunspot. She stays active around the community with her little brother TJ!
