InChina,citieshavegrownatanastonishingrateinrecentdecades. However,therapidexpansionhasproduced"vacantlands"insidethe city,whichvaryinsize.Theyareabandoned,stayingquietinthebusy functionallands.However,Chinaisnotalone,therenewalofvacantlands isaglobalproblem.

Ifcitiesarecomparedtohumanbodies,theseabandonedlandsarelike SCARSonthesurfaceoftheskinduetoexcessiveexpand.Asanurban plannerandcitydesigner,whatcanwedofacingwiththescarsofthecity. Howtoregeneratethevacantsites?Howtosewupthedisconnection betweenthelands?

TheprofoliowillshowseveraldesignslocatedinChinaandabroadin differentscales.Iamtryingtoexplorethehealingeffectofdesignand practiseonthesesites.

生长疤痕CITY SCARS
近几十年来,城市以惊人的速度发展。然而,快速的扩张导致城市内部产生 了大小不一的“废弃用地”,它们被遗忘在繁华都市间,像是人体皮肤因拉扯 而产生的疤痕,亟待修复。 作为规划设计师,面对城市的疤痕,我们能做些什么。如何激活空置的场地? 如何缝合地块间的割裂? 作品集将以不同的规模展示位于中国和国外的多个设计。我正在尝试探索 设计对疤痕的疗愈效果。

由于雨水充沛,而且城市位于洪泛区,圣保罗每年夏天都要面临严重的洪水问题。 With plenty of rain and the city's location on the floodplain, Sao Paulo faces severe flooding every summer.

As the most prosperous city in South America, Sao Paulo experienced the most rapid urban expansion in 20th century. However, with the growth of city, lands that were replaced by hard surface decrease the capacity for the city to face against heavy storm. The ground can hold no stormwater but to release it into channeled rivers, who were too narrow and weak to contain such.

In the mean time, the infrastructure was imcomplete, with only part of the city been well covered. With no sound city plan of the whole and the problem in local finance, citizens must find a way to adapt their communities to have the capacity to face the storm rushing down every summer in Brazil. This strategy should be held not all by the government, but could be operated by themselves.

This project is a try to find out if there is a way, with the green infrastructure, the city can digest the storm itself.

绿意新生 GREY TO GREEN 自消化雨洪的城市组团构建指南 Guidebook to a Self-digest City Cluster Against Stormwater 项目位置:巴西,圣保罗 项目类型:应对雨洪问题的低影响绿色基础设施建设导则 完成时间:2019.12 指导老师:萧蕾,胡昊,徐洲 工作职责:两人合作完成 负责圣保罗城市发展、肌理、组团原型提取等前期分析,总体策略体系构建,与 各类绿色基础设施蓄水能力计算公式确立。 作为南美洲最繁华的城市,圣保罗经历了20世纪最快速的城市扩张。 然而,随着 城市的发展,逐渐被硬化地面覆盖的土地降低了城市抵御暴风雨的能力。 地面无 法容纳雨水,只能将其释放到河流中,然而日益狭窄和脆弱的河流,同样无法容 纳雨水。 与此同时,绝大部分城市的基础设施并不完善。 由于不健全的整体城市规划和地 方财政问题,市民必须找到一种方法来改善他们的社区以应对巴西每年夏天席卷 而来的风暴。 这个策略不应该全部由政府掌握,而应该由他们自己来操作。 这个项目试图找出是否有办法通过绿色基础设施,城市可以自己消化雨洪。

Intensive modern agriculture has put biodiversity under unprecedented threat, but agro-ecosystems provide both food and suitable niches for wildlife, which can help reduce conflicts between agricultural production and biodiversity and increase the coordination to build an ecological unity of symbiotic interaction.

Biodiversity is an important cornerstone of sustainable rural development. The design starts from the core strategy of "resonating with nature", selects the Shuiku village in Jinshan District, Shanghai, and coordinates the prominent contradiction between biodiversity conservation and rural construction and development in the base by means of planning and design, so as to realize the organic integration of ecology, production and life. Resonate, and create a beautiful picture of "the harmony of water, forest, and village, and the symbiosis of human and nature".

共鸣自然 RESONANCE with NATURE 生物多样性保护视角下的水库村规划设计 Planning and Design of SHUIKU Village from the Perspective of Biodiversity Protection 项目位置:上海,金山区,漕泾镇 项目类型:乡村规划设计 项目面积:365.5ha 完成时间:2021.10 指导老师:董楠楠,戴代新 工作职责:组长,六人人合作完成 作为组长负责统筹分工,制定研究框架和文本结构,负责指示物种的生态习性与 栖息地分析、设计理念的提出、规划框架的制定与生态游憩节点的深化设计。 在生态文明建设背景下,生物多样性是乡村可持续发展的重要基石。设计从“共鸣 自然”这一核心策略切入,选取上海市金山区水库村,借助规划设计手段协调基地 内生物多样性保护与乡村建设开发的突出矛盾,以实现生态、生产、生活三元的 有机共鸣,打造“水林田村共融,人与自然共生”的美好图景。 设计前期,团队基于详实的田野调查资料,对水库村5类重要的生物多样性指示 物种进行习性分析,综合考虑农业活动、产业发展、游憩活动等多元胁迫影响, 对各类生境单元进行制图及质量评价,并在时间和空间维度实现生物多样性潜在 威胁源时空分布的制图分析。 设计整体构建了“二廊五区”的生态网络结构,引导水、林、田、村全生态要素有机 耦合,统筹生态保护与发展建设,夯实生态基底;同时,建立“基于生物多样性提 升的乡村规划设计工具箱”,对标各生境类型与功能导向,提出共5大类、28小类 工具模块,支撑村域内各类生物多样性保护措施的精准落位。

城市折叠 THE FOLD 城市折叠 THE FOLD 四维科技园规划设计 Science & Technology Park Design 项目位置:广州,天河区,华南理工大学内 项目类型:科技园规划设计 项目面积:7ha 完成时间:2018.10-2019.01 指导老师:陈坚 工作职责:三人合作完成 负责前期科技园规划的概念提出和策略制定,独立完成科技园建筑主体的设计, 包括建筑形态、架空层深化设计、结构设计、立面设计。 场地为大学校园内一片空置用地,高地上建有一荒废的图书馆及教学楼。没有学 生使用的场地在白天却成为周边居民的野生乐土。希望通过将其重新规划为为师 生及年轻创业者服务的科技园来激活这宝贵用地,与此同时能保留其目前作为居 民公园的属性。 提出“四维设计”的概念,让不同的功能空间在时间维度上“折叠”,通过分时转换, 实现场地有限但不同人群的多样需求。 项目概念灵感来自郝景芳《折叠北京》一书,小说构想了一个随时间转动而迭次 展开的折叠城市,为不同的人提供场所。 The site is a vacant land on the university campus, with an abandoned library and teaching building on the high ground. During the day, the grounds that are not used by students become a wild paradise for the surrounding residents. It is hoped that this valuable site will be reactivated by planning it as a technology park for teachers, students and young entrepreneurs, while retaining its current properties as a residential park. 03/

遥望奥斯陆滨海中心区的老工业区亟待新生。 Hovinbyen,the old industrial area overlooking waterfront city centre, is waiting for its reborn.

场地位于奥斯陆的Hovinbyen,一块正在面临巨大变革的前工业区。因此,方案 不仅需要考虑如何“缝合”不规则场地中的多块零散绿地,还需要“缝合”现在与未来, 使场地能实现一定程度上的自我更新。

利用模块化设计创造灵活性和交互型,市民可以通过简单的操作改变场地的功能, 以实现不同的需求。

Urban development is always going on. If the transformed "city scars" lack the ability to self-renew and cannot adapt to new needs, they will inevitably be abandoned again and become new scars.

The site is located in Hovinbyen, a former industrial area that is undergoing dramatic change. Therefore, the plan not only needs to consider how to "sew" the scattered green spaces in the irregular site, but also needs to "sew" the present and the future, so that the site can achieve a certain degree of selfrenewal.

Using modular design to create flexibility and interaction, citizens can change the function of the site through simple operations to achieve different needs.

CONCEPT: DESIGN PROVIDES DESIGNTHE SITE WITH MODULAR GRID

Integrate the fragmented street green spaces and the traffic space.

Integrate the site and the surrounding district through the construction of bike path and pedestrian system.

"NEEDLE" is the polemodule that has various compound modes and can satisfies differrent functions,such as seating,entertainment,ect. Several grooves of different height are set on the "NEEDLE",which help bind accessoriesfordifferentactivities.

Build modular triangular grid to reorganized the site.

The site can be recomposed into activity zones of different size to satisfy various functions.

Modular grid provides flexibility.

Reconstruct the bike path according to the modular grid.

The bike path acts as a axis sewing all the activity zones.

Well-organized bike path and pedestrian can attract more visitors to the park.

Different COMPOUND MODES occupy different area of the site and can serve different number of visitors. The smaller is the area, the lighter is the kind of mode and easier to move. Therefore,some modes, which cover an equilateral triangle 12m each side, are permenant devices.

"SEWING NEEDLES" is a module that can compose and provide different function satisfying various demands.

The NEEDLES can define the site as different activity zones.

The site is divided into several function zones. Eachzoneisequipped with different compound modes to define the function. The compound modes can be simply classify into seating device, entertainment device and event device.

EXHIBITION MODE

In exhibition mode, the bike path will limit the speed and set flexible exhibition wall.The passerby can visit the temporary going through the bike path.Besides, the primary school entrance will change into outdoor classroom.

GATHERING MODE

One of the most important part of gathering activities is the community market.The residents living in the neighbourhood can sell homemade products under the temporary tents.

The quarries used to be located in remote areas, but as cities grew and expanded, they were swallowed up by urban areas and brought into our sights again. The surface of the abandoned mine pit is exposed due to mining activities, but has the potential to be restored to green space again through ecological succession. In a sense, the quarry is a seed of vitality. The site is an abandoned mine in Nansha, Guangzhou New Development Zone, surrounded by high-density residential buildings. The scheme utilizes the unique topography of the mine to create a streamlined landscape that allows visitors to experience ecological succession, and allows visitors to experience the power of "seeds". In addition, a series of interactive experience activities were organized to harvest the concept of ecological protection.

种子计划 THE SEES PLAN 废弃矿坑生态修复与公园设计 Reuse of Quarry as an Urban Ecological Park 项目位置:广州,南沙 项目类型:生态修复与公园设计 项目面积:17.3ha 完成时间:2019.03-06 指导老师:吴隽宇 工作职责:三人合作完成 作为组长统筹项目进度及分工,负责前期分析,概念及植物修复策略提出,平面 设计与后期表达。 采石场过去位于偏远地区,但随着城市的发展和扩张,它们被城区吞噬,再次进 入我们的视线。废弃矿坑的表面因开采活动而裸露,但具有通过生态演替再次恢 复为绿地的潜质。某种意义上,采石场是一颗蕴藏生机的种子。 场地是一块位于广州新开发区南沙的废弃矿坑,周边是高密度住宅。方案利用矿 坑的独特地形,打造流线让游客体验生态演替的序列式的景观,让游客体验到“种子” 的力量。此外,还组织了一系列互动式体验活动,收获保护生态的理念。

Quarries,which have an instinct to become a greenland,can help construct the city greenway that greatly improve the ecological benefits of the city,and be important nodes.

In Nansha district,the distribution of greenland is unbalanced.Quarries and the surrounding greenland can act as a stepstone to help stretch the greenway to the high-density construction area.

Greenland is devided into tiny pieces by roads.In the site-scale area, quarries locates in the blank between the green pieces,which can seam and help establish a sitescale green net.

用佛教语言诠释科学放生 Communicate Ecological ‘Fangsheng’ in Buddhist context 放生仪式/'Fangsheng’Ceremony

“放生”在佛理中为第一善,许多佛教徒都有放生行为。但不规范的自发放生行为往 往会导致被放生的鱼类存活率极低,甚至会破坏当地的生态平衡,而科学放生的 传统科普方法又与受众存在一定距离,其接受程度并不高。

'Fangsheng’, or 'releasing animals’, to demonstrate compassion and earn merit. Although the purpose of 'Fangsheng' is to save the life, evidence shows that it is often backÞred. News Report has revealed that those activities created havoc in local ecosystems and the fish death.

Our role as Landscape Architects is not just designers or educators, but also an interpreter. Our main strategy is to use the Buddhist discourse based on the Buddhist philosophy and world view to explain the appropriate release time, place, and species information which are determined through scientiÞc methods, so as to guide religious activities into an environmentally friendly way.

生生不息 Be-living 如何向佛教徒诠释生态放生 How to Interpret ecological 'Fangsheng' to Buddhists 项目位置:上海 项目类型:针对佛教徒的生态放生指导系列产品 完成时间:2021.03-05 指导老师:沈洁 工作职责:五人合作完成,团队骨干成员 负责选题与概念提出,上海放生数据的搜集,上海本土鱼类的生态习性梳理,策 划了系列宣传品的种类和功能。独立完成了面向佛教徒的宣传手册的制作和印刷, 以及相关展板的绘图。
作为一名未来的风景园林师,不仅要扮演设计师或教育者的角色,还应当扮演“翻 译者”的角色,积极探索新的传播方式,将传统的宗教文化导向环境友好。为了和 佛教徒建立沟通桥梁,有效传达科学放生信息,我们结合佛教元素设计了多款适 用于不同场景的产品,希望在受众能够理解的语境下规范引导放生行为 在综合考虑鱼类的生活习性、生境要素的基础上,叠加上海多类气象、环境数据, 利用GIS技术协助决策了各个时段适宜放生的物种及其适宜放生的河段区位,并 充分考虑物种入侵风险,筛选了6种入侵物种列入禁止放生的名单。

Fangsheng, or 'animal release', is a Buddhist ritual to earn merit and demonstrate compassion. However, inappropriate release activities are causing low survival rates of released animals and havocs in the local ecosystems. landscape architects, suggest the appropriate release time, place, and species determined by scientific methods to make the religious activities environmentally friendly. We use Buddhist world view to explain ecological theories to Buddhist believers.
