PRIORITY 3: FLOURISHING SCHOOL COMMUNITY 3.1 Values Development and Community Feedback Whole staff collaboration in rethinking school values. Seek feedback from families and students. Promote Values within families and wider community.

3.2 Review and embed Dianella flourish model Remodel and embed Dianella Flourish model aligning values, culture and curriculum. Promote Dianella Flourish model within family community and within all social and media publications. Embed the PEERMAH (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishments and Health) model and ‘Learn it, Live it, Teach it, Embed it’ philosophy through administration leadership.

3.3 Promote whole centre health and wellbeing culture and environment Engage a fulltime Chaplain to support the wellbeing of staff and students. Create social committee to promote team building opportunities. Seek out professional learning that support staff mental well being. Attend Positive School Conference and upskill whole centre. Improve whole centre environment to promote a culture of trust, collaboration and wellbeing.

3.4 Remodel Curriculum Content Create a Positive Education committee to promote shared vision. Engage with evidence-based program to support resilience and wellbeing. Promote mindfulness in all classrooms. Engage all students in journal writing and reflection. Promote Yoga practices within physical education session.

3.5 Embed whole centre cultural competency program Identify and develop a cultural curriculum calendar to promote our diversity as a centre. Engage with Precinct to commit to Reconciliation Plan. Seek professional learning to embed Aboriginal Teaching strategies in each classroom.
