Priority 4: Create a culture of Leadership and Collaboration
4.1 Review, restructure and embed effective leadership teams
Create committee groups to ensure staff are collaborative in decision making across the school. Timetable effective leadership teams meeting and ensure minutes are shared across the school. Encourage daily debriefing sessions for each classroom that is documented. Promote a trusting, collaborative culture.

Through collaboration, encourage distributed leadership roles that are valued and feedback is actively sought. Committee Chairperson is distributed amongst staff. Embed WA Future Leaders framework. Create a Classroom Teacher Level 3 working group. Create Coordinator roles with teaching team to promote shared vision and direction. Identify and promote opportunities for Bushranger Cadet leadership roles and Lead EA roles. Promote EA led enrichment programs.
Review and rewrite staff induction handbook and booklet. All new members of staff are allocated a mentor. Graduate teachers are allocated a mentor and a deputy to oversee all supports are consistent.
Create Student Councillors with Year 12, House Captains in Year 11. Create Peer Buddy system for students new to the school. Create a Bushranger student leader from each year group to represent and share current environmental, conservation focus. Set up student voice representatives to feedback to Precinct School Board. Create Student voice in wider community publications.
