1. Previous Minutes 2. Treasurer’s Report - Audit findings 3. Communication Strategy It is vital to any P&C that it is advertising its activity to the school parent and guardian community. So far it has been done through paper letters home, small flyers like the Free Dress day flyer or posters around the school. All of these methods are wasteful and time consuming for the committee and school staff to administer. We would like to move to an electronic platform.

Mailchimp subscription database P&C Blog page on the Website School Connect program launch – what part will P&C play in this?

5. Current Activity Plan for the Year Some fundraising opportunities – keeping those at low cost. Some purely social/community gathering. Year 6s and Wish Group have taken ownership of Disco and other initiatives – Containers for Change and recess Icy Poles and Pizza Days, Faction Colours.

6. Goal Setting for P&C Spend What are we fundraising for exactly?

To host free social events like the Movie Night?

Create further opportunities for the students through extra activities like the Dance Program?

If parents and sponsors have clear knowledge of what money is used for – more inclined to support.

Current commitments for the school: Entertainment for Disco approx. $500 7. Sponsorship and Donations Goal to have 3-4 businesses support the P&C on a yearly basis.

Creation of a sponsorship co-ordinator position to manage this potentially?

Donations for specific events such as the Open Night raffle.

Thank you to our sponsors this year for individual donations: Coming up – Sports Carnival Raffle - $50 Catalanos voucher, Big W sports package, Sealink Rotto Day pass tickets, Pimlott & Strand – another hamper. Multicultural Food Day Door Prize – Voucher from Pimlott & Strand 8. School Board Anthony to describe current board make-up and call for nominations for Primary parent representative. Potential for a P&C member to also be the school board rep – or if not the parent nominating could be invited to address the P&C with any relevant information after the meetings.

9. Election of Office Bearers for the remainder of 2021-first term 2022 Anthony Middleton to chair this part of the meeting.
