Welcome
to the third annual bull sale at Ruda Cattle. We are extremely excited to bring you what we believe is a high quality yet diverse set of bulls that can work in many different scenarios across the industry. We consider it an honor to have your interest in our program and do our best yearround to try and bring you cattle that can help increase your bottom line. Each year we try to add the highest quality herd sire we can find to our program. This year we have several bulls that are offspring of bulls in use here along with the top AI sires in the breed. The two-year-old bulls were run on pasture all summer with no added inputs and we feel you will be pleased when you put them to work. We appreciate your interest and hope you like them. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or give us a call to stop by and look.
God bless, Ruda Cattle

RUDA MR Main Attraction 4064M
Lot 1
We wanted to start the sale off with a bang and we hope you agree that this stud was the way to accomplish that. I think this is as intriguing of a herd sire prospect as we have ever offered and possibly one of the very best solid red, purebred Simmental bulls to sell all spring. I love so many things about this bull that it’s hard to know where to start describing him. You can look at his picture and video and see that for yourself. The other thing that makes him so cool to me is the way he’s bred. His sire is one of our herd bulls that was purchased from Trauernicht Simmentals in Wymore, NE and has done a tremendous job for us. On the bottom side is one of our very best donors that came from Garrett Knebel. Garrett has a knack for finding exceptional females and sure didn’t disappoint when he sent this one our way.

RUDA MR Tecumseh 4038M
Lot 2
Here is another intriguing purebred that is loaded with potential. Lot 2 offers some freaky pieces in a bigger framed longer bodied package. I’m not sure you could build a longer and more attractive front end in a Simmental bull if you tried. Plus, he is sired by the record setting STCC Tecumseh who brought $640,000 for half interest.

RUDA MR Reckoning 4108M
Lot 3
If you are looking for a more moderately framed stouter made bull, then pay attention here. Lot 2 and 3 are maternal brothers out of another female that came from Garrett Knebel. The cow that these two are out of is phenotypically one of the very best on the place. These brothers are a little different in type and kind but I think they will make tremendous herd sires, especially if you plan on retaining any replacements. This cow family is phenomenal.
PUREBRED BULLS

MARSHALL MR Epic 401M
LOVERBOYS FORTUNE 233K THSF LOVER BOY B33
Calving ease with growth! This Epic x Loverboy has calving ease on both sides of his pedigree but doesn’t look like your typical heifer bull. He is packed full of shape and width and has grown really well. Here is one that can be used in a lot of different ways.

MARSHALL MR Double Up 413M
Lot 5
If you came to find a bull to make females out of then don’t miss your chance here. Lot 5 is one of the youngest bulls in the sale but don’t let that stop you from seeing just how much good he can do. His pedigree is stacked with two of the most popular A.I. sires in the breed. He is big bodied, chunky and has a really neat look from the side.

RUDA MR Double Up 4070M
Lot 6
WHF/JS/CCS DOUBLE UP G365
Here is another Double Up son that will be hard to miss on sale day. Here is a true combination of one that has the power and muscle shape to sire fast growing feeder calves while also having the look and style to make replacement females. Total package here. Note: bull is a little fast when sorted by himself.

RUDA MR Reckoning 4092M
Lot 7
We haven’t had a ton of Reckonings so far but the few we have had we like an awful lot. They are good, fault free cattle and lot 7 is no exception. Backed by an outstanding female that came from Hudson Pines dispersal sale, here is a unique blend of exciting new genetics blended with ones that have stood the test of time.

RUDA MR Prodigy 4067M
Lot 8
If you have followed our female sale the last few years you will know how much we like our Prodigy sired females. They have been exceptional so far in production and we are excited about what we think they will do. This guy came along and is proof that the bulls are good too. Hard not to like a big bodied baldy bull like this guy.

THSF LOVER BOY B33
STCC JACKED UP 4070

ZEIS CONFIDENT A503
Heifer safe! Here is a chance to tie into a really nice heifer bull. The Loverboy sired cattle have been really hot and continue to stay that way. His dam is a really consistent donor that is owned with Rains Simmentals.

RUDA MR Milestone 4015M
I feel certain that lot 10 will be a favorite come sale day. He is a big, rugged bull that should sire as much frame and growth as anything. Add that with his extra chrome and likelihood of throwing baldies and here is a highly sought after commercial man’s bull.

RUDA MR Bankroll 4032M
Lot 11
The last purebred in the lineup should have a pedigree that grabs your attention. Please don’t sleep on this guy. He may be a little later maturing and greener than some of the others but as he matures, I’m not so sure this won’t be one of the better ones in the end.

RUDA MR Bet On Red 4045M
This guy has been a stud since birth. He is as manly and burly as you could ever hope for a yearling bull to be. The reds and red baldys are as hot as they have ever been. If you are looking for a red baldy your search should be over. Big time bull. 3/4 Simmental ASA 4489868 DOB 01/31/24 TAT 4045M Polled

JSUL SOMETHING ABOUT MARY 8421
GCC BOLD MOVE 136J
WAGR DREAM CATCHER 03R
PARTISOVER BURGESS 519 MISS LIZZY
It seems like these 3/4 bloods are always the most complete group and that trend continues with lot 13. Here is a true beef bull that is impressive from every angle. Big, wide, muscular and a huge set of testicles. It’s hard to let go of bulls made like this because they aren’t easy to make. If you aren’t convinced yet look at his pedigree and see the great cow families on both sides. He’s the real deal.

RUDA MR Roll On 4133M
Lot 14
RJ MISS 8543 6105D W/C ROLL ON 1000K
Lot 14 is a little younger than what we normally sell as yearlings but we really wanted to share one out of this sire group. His sire, a Bankroll son we call Roll On, came from Werning’s two years ago. We couldn’t be happier with what he has done in just this first calf crop. They are complete cattle that can work in a multitude of environments.

RUDA MR Logic 4025M
JBSF LOGIC 5E W/C RELENTLESS 32C
Lot 15 BROOKS STEELMAGNOLIA X57
The dam to lot 15 comes straight from the heart of the herd where she has been a consistent donor and producer for many years. Unfortunately, we lost the 6y cow on stalks this winter at 14 years old so this bull will be the last of those genetics to be sold. Lot 15 is a long bodied loose structured bull that will help move your calf crop forward. 3/4 Simmental

RUDA MR Main Attraction 4001M
We only have one halfblood this year, but he is loaded with quality. Lot 16 is a half-brother to lot 1 and out of a first calf Red Angus heifer that was purchased from Zane Ward and Garrett Knebel. If this first calf is any indication of what this cow can do, I can’t wait to see more offspring out of her. If you need a Red Bull or want to retain daughters for replacements this would be as good of a place as any to land.

RUDA MR Gronc 4029M
Lot 17
We have just recently begun to dabble in the Maine breed but when you have a flush that turns out looking like these two it makes us want to keep after it. These brothers are a couple of the very best bulls we have ever raised across any breed. Every time I go through the bulls these two stick out and I can never decide which one of the two is my favorite. Figure out which one is your favorite or if you can’t decide, take them both. You will be in good shape either way.
