SOURCING AND BUYING

NEW Premises To accommodate our growth, in August 2019 rucomfy relocated to new premises that are four times larger. As well as newly defined areas for our design and print team the much larger warehouse and manufacturing space allows us to hold more inventory, has created a much smoother working process and ensures we can deliver a much higher volume of orders to both our consumers and trade customers.

For over 37 years we have been a family run business based in Blackburn... the heart of Lancashire’s textile industry. As proud members of Made In Britain, we only use UK sourced components in all our products... from the thread to the bead.

We are now a John Lewis approved manufacturer and supplier and believe in strong supplier relationships, allowing us to exceed our customer’s expectations. We have the ability to adapt to any size order; one example of this was an order fulfilled of 8500 beanbags for the Olympics within a 3-month deadline.

What we can do...

We can makeup in most upholstery fabrics including real leather. We have the ability to print inhouse onto a number of different fabrics.

SCATTER CUSHIONS piped, knife edge, oxford either direct fill or with removable cover, with fibre or feather inners again made in upholstery fabrics or printed in house onto a number of different fabrics. SEAT PADS foam or fibre filled, bartacked, plain.

THROWS hemmed, single/double sided in upholstery fabrics, fur and again printed fabrics in house.

DUVET COVERS with matching pillow cases, with popper openings in standard bedding fabrics or we can print singles in house.

CURTAINS readymade, made to measure, pleated, eyelet or tab top, blackout or standard lined in any fabrics or printed in house on a number of different fabrics. ROLLER BLINDS standard size or made to measure, from stock fabrics or printed designs in house.

PET BEDS in standard, durable fabrics or printed designs in house. PRINTED TOWELS printed in house WALL STICKERS printed in-house. CUSTOM PHOTO PRDUCTS. HARDWOOD POLE WINDBREAK finished with teak oil and galvanised top and spike with standard or printed designs. HARDWOOD DECK CHAIRS finished with Teak oil with standard or printed slings. KIDS TIPI’S Designed and manufactured in-house to your specific requirements.
