The International Trade Centre is a mixed-use development featuring a shopping mall, office spaces, recreational areas, a hotel, and residential apartments. A central artificial lake enhances the site’s beauty, offering a serene environment for leisure. This hub seamlessly blends commerce, lifestyle, and relaxation in one dynamic location.
The International Trade Centre in Neervalur, Kancheepuram is strategically located along the Chennai-Bangalore Highway, with a natural waterbody to the north-east. An artificial lake within the site enhances the microclimate, improving comfort and aesthetics. This mixed-use development includes a mall, office spaces, a recreational block, multilevel car parking, apartments, and a hotel. The layout ensures functional zoning with easy access to the highway, privacy for residential areas, and efficient circulation throughout the site.

The 16 upper floors are divided into two blocks of office spaces, offering flexible layouts for tenants. Centralized elevators and staircases ensure efficient movement, while common areas like restrooms and break rooms are located on each floor. The design emphasizes natural light with large glass facades, creating a modern and functional workspace.

The mall in the International Trade Centre is a G+4 structure with a diverse retail offering and a dynamic design. The ground to fourth floors are dedicated to a mix of anchor stores, along with Type A, B, and C stores, catering to a wide range of shopping preferences and brands. Smaller kiosks are interspersed throughout these floors, providing space for quick shopping stops and specialty items. This blend of retail types ensures that the mall appeals to a broad demographic, offering everything from high-end brands to daily essentials.
The highlight of the mall is the 5th floor, which is dedicated to leisure and dining, featuring a spacious food court offering a variety of cuisines and dining experiences. Adjacent to the food court is a Fun City, an entertainment zone designed for families and children, enhancing the mall’s appeal as a day-out destination. A large central atrium rises through all floors, creating an open, airy environment filled with natural light, adding to the mall’s aesthetic appeal and providing a visual connection across all levels. This design promotes an engaging shopping and recreational experience, making the mall a vibrant and attractive space for visitors.

The proposal for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Visakhapatnam aims to create an innovative campus that integrates creativity, technology, and sustainability in fashion education. Featuring modular buildings, flexible studios, and a central green space, NIFT will offer programs in Fashion Design, Technology, and Management, along with a focus on sustainable practices and community engagement. This initiative will empower future fashion leaders and contribute to the cultural and economic growth of Vishakhapatnam.
The NIFT Vishakhapatnam site features an academic block, library, and auditorium, alongside separate boys’ and girls’ hostels and staff residences. A central amphitheater and sports area promote community engagement and physical activity. This cohesive design fosters collaboration and innovation in fashion education.
