Wildflower Ridge is a charming community located in the small town of Justin, Texas. The homes range from 3,500 sq ft to 6000 sq ft. and each home sits on two-plus acres of breathtaking land. This provides the homeowner privacy, peace and freedom for them to customize and utilize their land as they desire without unnecessary rules and restrictions of an HOA. Wildflower Ridge offers a close proximity to DFW Airport, providing convenient and timely travel options.

Most importantly, let’s not forget that being situated outside of the city limits of Justin allows homeowners the benefit of lower taxes, therefore they are only responsible for school and county taxes. Homeowners will love that within a five minute drive, they will find grocery stores, restaurants, shops and various service oriented businesses. This provides big city amenities while allowing homeowners to enjoy the small country lifestyle.

Each of our homes offers open floor plans in order to create a sense of connectivity from room to room with importance on abundant natural light throughout the home. AAs part of our brand promise, our goal is to set ourselves apart from other custom home builders. For example, we believe it is important to offer noise-reducing solid sub-flooring and upgraded Andersen windows, plus so much more. We also feel it is important to only use high-quality products to guarantee the durability of the home but also provide cost savings for the homeowner. Simply put, our standards go above and beyond those of other builders, where features commonly viewed as upgrades by competitors are simply standards for us.

Designing LUXURY

Every aspect of our home’s design creates a sense of luxury, from the superior wood flooring to the exquisite tile work to the expansive fireplace, creating a space that defines what a luxury home should look and feel like. In designing each kitchen, we aimed to create a gourmet and culinary experience for the homeowner.
