M.S. Biomedical Sciences

B.S. Health Care Administration

Targeted nine-month curriculum designed to provide record enhancing studies for students who wish to pursue a career in health care fields such as medicine (DO, MD, PA) and dentistry. Our program emphasizes teamwork and community building through community externships and an integrated capstone project.

Graduates are qualified to hire, train and evaluate staff, coordinate accreditation and manage financial operations. Hands-on internships are available in areas like hospital accounting, marketing and public relations.

COUNSELING, MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY

M.A. Counseling Students build a strong foundation of current theoretical knowledge and practical counseling skills through an interactive curriculum with an emphasis on social justice and personal reflection. Regis University’s Master of Arts in Counseling degree is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and is approved by the International Registry of Counselor Education Programs (IRCEP).

M.A. Marriage and Family Therapy Offers students a holistic approach to understanding and providing behavioral health care services. Faculty fosters an open culture of social, relational and cross-cultural contexts of learning. The Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE).

B.S. Health Information Management Allows students to explore a variety of technical, managerial and consultative roles within the health care delivery system. Graduates also earn a minor in health care administration. The Health Information Management program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management (CAHIIM).

MBA with Specialization in Health Industry Leadership Professional MBA program aligns with the Jesuit mission for students to take leadership roles and make a positive impact in a changing society. This specialization within the professional MBA program prepares graduates to lead, guided by ethical considerations and sound business practice.

M.S. Health Care Informatics Effective organization and management skills prepare students to use health care information to bridge the gap between clinicians and technical employees. Beyond information technology, the program includes project management, leadership development and health care ethics.

M.S. Health Services Administration Graduates gain legal, financial, management and administrative skills, while also developing a deeper appreciation for the social and ethical obligations involved in providing health care. A degree opens doors to careers in settings like hospitals, engineering firms and government organizations.
