MADE by the Governor under section 19 of the Company Management (Licensing) Ordinance.

Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Company Management (Licensing) Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and comes into operation on 15 July 2014.

Interpretation 2. In these Regulations “principal Ordinance” means the Company Management (Licensing) Ordinance.

Schedule 2 amended 2. Schedule 2 to the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph 2— (a) by deleting subparagraph (1) (c); and (b) by deleting subparagraph (2).

EXPLANATORY NOTE (This Note is not part of the Regulations) These Regulations amend paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Company Management (Licensing) Ordinance by deleting the reference to shadow directors.
