TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS HOTEL AND TOURISM (TAXATION) ORDER 2015 (Legal Notice 6 of 2015) MADE by the Acting Governor under section 26C of the Hotel and Tourism (Taxation) Ordinance.

Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Hotel and Tourism (Taxation) Order and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 February 2015.

Schedule 3 amended 3. Schedule 3 to the Hotel and Tourism (Taxation) Ordinance is amended by deleting “Golf course services” from the list of tourism services.
