ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES) NOTICE 2014 (Legal Notice 25 of 2014) MADE by the Minister under Regulation 19 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations.

Citation and commencement 1. This Notice may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Notice 2014 and shall come into operation on 15 July 2014.

Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations 2. Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations is amended by deleting the items under the heading “Providenciales Taxi-Cab Fares” and substituting the following “PROVIDENCIALES TAXI-CAB FARES THE FIRST TWO PERSONS PAY THE FULL RATE AND OTHER PERSONS THEREAFTER PAY ½ RATE
