HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING

Throughout the method of high pressure die casting, the molten metal or metal alloy is poured into the mold at high speed and high pressure. This is held in place by a strong compressive force (real die mounted in the hydraulics machine) before the metal sets. After solidification, the die is removed, opened and the metal is extracted. After removal, the mold cavity is resealed for the next process.

We have connected 8 aluminum casting suppliers sites with a casting capacity of 100,000 tons / ann in India. We are the best high pressure die casting suppliers of parts to motorcycle manufacturers and industrial, Tier One, and OEMs. Seat frames, UAV blade assembly are some of the composite goods that we supply to the Aerospace industry. Cylinder block, cylinder head, crank case, crank case covers, transmission frame, oil pan and throttle body are some of our most recent components in our production line.
