• Organization letterhead. It has to be signed by the author and have their name, position title, phone number and address.

Requirements for third-party Statutory Declaration: Third-party colleagues who are at the executive level offer the statutory declaration. The third-party has to state their working connection with you and the responsibilities performed throughout the employment term, along with related dates.
