Transactions are frozen on the date they went under contract. The data is for resale single family homes and multi-family defined as condos, villas, townhomes, low (1-3 floors), mid (4-7 floors) and high-rise buildings 8+ floors. The data also includes transactions for manufactured homes on owned land.
