Our job is to find the best possible tenant for your property in the quickest possible time. Each day that your property sits vacant represents a monetary loss that can not be recouped. Our detailed screening process aims to establish that tenants can meet the responsibilities of the General Tenancy Agreement. Each applicant is submitted to TICA, the watch dog organization that keeps track of tenants that have been evicted or have broken their lease agreements. We carefully evaluate applicants by speaking to their current or past property manager, as well as their current employer. All relevant financial and identification documents are verified. Our findings are then presented to you so that you can make an informed decision, that suits your individual needs. Strict accordance with laws governing discrimination and privacy are always adhered to.

When we meet with the tenant to sign their lease, we take the time to educate the tenant as to the expectations that we have of them during their tenancy. So that there are no misunderstandings, we have designed our exclusive “Tenant Handbook”.
