My First ARTSA Experience
I recently attended my first ARTSA event and I must say, I was blown away. The Bosveld boys did an incredible job organizing the event, and the fellowship, music, entertainment, and overall vibe was simply amazing.
One of the best parts of the event was being able to meet local and international tablers. It was so refreshing to connect with new people and share stories over a drink. Swapping pins and coins was also a great way to solidify new friendships.

What impressed me the most was the sense of camaraderie and lack of pretence among the attendees. Everyone was so welcoming and genuine, and it was evident that we were all there to support each other and have a good time.
I left the event feeling energized and inspired. I also made a promise to myself to attend more events like this and to visit other tables around the country. It's important to step out of our comfort zones and connect with other tablers to broaden our sense of fellowship within the organization.
Overall, my first ARTSA experience was unforgettable, and I can't wait to attend the next one. I encourage all tablers to make an effort to attend events outside of their own table and experience the incredible sense of community that Round Table has to offer.
Congrats to our new Exec, RTSA is definitely in safe hands for 2023/4 with a seriously strong team and Pres at the helm.

As a global organization, Round Table provides opportunities for individuals to connect with likeminded individuals, participate in community service projects, and develop their personal skills and interests.
ARTSA served as a platform to introduce me to new members of this organization and the community it serves. It was an opportunity for me to learn about the values and principles of Round Table and how we can make a meaningful contribution to our community.
One of the most significant impacts of ARTSA is the sense of community and camaraderie that it fosters. By bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, it certainly helped to build strong relationships and connections that can last a lifetime. I can certainly describe the bonds that were built at ARTSA as similar to those of brotherhood.
ARTSA laid the foundation for personal development. I arrived as a pipeliner and got inducted as a tabler at the AGM meeting. The induction took place in front of hundreds of young men, and the support I experienced from total strangers was astonishing. Complete strangers motivated me to talk and be opinionated. This certainly encouraged me to develop myself and speak up about things that matter to me and that I believe in.
Another impact of ARTSA is the exposure to new ideas and perspectives. Round Table members come from a wide range of professions and industries, and ARTSA provided an opportunity for individuals to learn about new fields and explore new interests. This exposure to new ideas and perspectives was instrumental in my personal growth and development.
In conclusion, ARTSA has a certain culture where every individual has a place to fit in. The sense of belonging that was experienced throughout the entire ARTSA was contagious and every person at ARTSA had more or less the same objective: Fellowship. ARTSA is a journey that I wish every individual will have the chance to experience.
