This blended curriculum gives you a solid academic base upon which to build your career, or prepare for graduate business school or other postgraduate studies.

YOUR FIRST YEAR Mastering the business of possible requires a solid foundation. In your first year, Introduction to Economics and a mathematics course prepare you for upper-year economics classes. Our unique Introduction to Management (RSM100) introduces you to functional areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behaviour, operations, business economics, and strategy. This course also teaches Integrative ThinkingTM, Rotman’s signature approach to problem-solving, while helping you build the skills and knowledge required for effective leadership. To these three core courses, you have the freedom to add two courses of your choosing from the Faculty of Arts and Science.
