Rtr. Liladhar Bashyal Vice President RAC Rammani Multiple Campus.

Namaskar Myself Rtr.Roshan Gyawali from Padsari OmSatiya 02, Bhairahawa.I am currently studying at New Horizon College. On the date of 5th April 2017 was the charter date at that time Rtr Prakash Sharma was the president and sponsered by rotary club of bhairahawa .Before a year, I joined Rotaract club of Bhairahawa, I was totally unknown about such a social organization as well as its roles, responsible and many good contributions. Later on, after being member of Rotaract Club I got such a good path and so much good opportunity to build up my carrier. I proudly can say that Rotaract Club make me more courage and experienced. Taking the responsibility and completing the slogan "FELLOWSHIP THROUGH SERVICE ", makes me happy. As the club is also internationally based. Having international relationship can determine the actual responsibilities and obligation that you have got attached with the clubs. Till now I have introduced with different national and international social organization, among them link with international clubs understanding been different clubs and people engaged in different sectors .As a member of Rotaract , I have experienced a lot about the help and support needed in communities . The thing that I learned in my regular basis was just a little the actual Leadership, cooperation and specially self-confidence .At first I used to be very nervous and used to stammer in front of everyone and see me. I am the same with more courage and experienced on speaking with whoever and wherever I am supposed to this is all because of Rotaract club. All thanks to the club. This club is based on every field .People from different sector are have to help and serve people and people living in different communities. I gained more love and respect from the club and themselves. After completing the journey of nearly 1 year in Rotaract, I proudly can say that it had made me a good leader as well as social service from the guidance and opportunities. I get huge opportunities to build My Leadership from the organization. Thanks Rotaract from changing me and my life.

Namsakar Myself Liladhar Bashyal from Syangja. Recently I am staying at Tilottama 7- Bhalwari. I am currently studying at Rammani Multiple Campus. Before a year, I joined Rotaract Club of Rammani Multiple Campus. In the beginning I was totally blank about such social organization as well as its roles and contributions. Later on after joining with rotaract I got such a path and opportunity to build up my carrier. Taking the responsibility and completing the sologan of,"SERVICE BEFORE SELF ", makes me happy. It is difficult to describe the role, task & contribution of rotaract. Till now I have introduced with different national and international social organization, among them Rotaract is only one social organization which exchange ideas with the leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. Rotaract clubs take the initiative and decide themselves like how they intend to run the club, manage their funds and plan and execute different community service projects which are usually aligned with monthly themes ensuring that they are important to your community. The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service. After completing the journey of one year in Rotaract, I proudly can say that it had made me a good leader as well as social service from the guidance and opportunities. I involved in many programme, social work and some must important meeting with Rotaract. I get huge opportunity to build my leadership from that organization. Now I have got an opportunity to describe my words, thank you Rotaract for giving me this opportunity and thanks Rotaract for changing my life.

Rtr. Sudipta Parajuli Joint Secretary Rotaract Club of Palpa Tansen Warm greetings to everyone. I am Sudipta Parajuli a Rotaractor from Tansen-14, Palpa. I had done my schooling from Palpa Awasiya Secondary School, now pursuing BBM in TMC, Palpa. Talking about me, I am a kind of extrovert girl, born and raised in a village. I have always explained myself as an outgoing extrovert, but as I am getting older, I would say I have become a little more guarded/grounded in new situations. I started my journey of Rotary Movement eight years back as an Interactor since my school days. During school days, I had attended different motivational programs and also MC training provided by the Rotaract Club of Palpa Tansen. I was 18 when I completed my plus two, after that, I joined the Rotaract Club of Palpa Tansen with my will to join as a social activist in 2018, and I was so impressed by the works and services provided by Rotaract club. I still remember my very first day, I went there alone, most of them were new to me. I was so amazed to see people connecting to me. Everyone out there was so frank with a beautiful and kind heart and they still are. When I recall I feel delighted. Being a Rotaractor, it

feels different. I have found so many good changes in me. Meeting new people, making new friends while having unforgettable moments, and gaining new experiences. Wow, Rotaract has been the best for me. Only after joining Rotaract, I have realized the spirit of teamwork. As I have always aspired to be a selfless social activist with good leadership, sociable skill in the society, we all need to work hard for our dreams and Rotaract club has been a good opportunity for me which I was seeking to convert my dream into reality, to be honest, it has helped me a lot to build up my confidence level up, to grow leadership skill and also it’s helping me to be courageous. Rotaract taught me the true essence of sincerity and punctuality. Rotaract is all about leadership, a girl who couldn't speak to the mass, now become a girl who can deliver the speech and handle a program confidently. I have learned different leadership techniques with selfless help and service to humanity. Those celebrations after achievement, those social gatherings, those help to needy ones, I am living being a Rotaractor, living proudly indeed It’s been two and half wonderful and amazing years of being a Rotaractor but I already find myself different, a new person with diverse vision. The journey from being a proposed member of the club to a Joint- Secretary has been the best. I always say Rotaract has helped me to bring the best out of me. I cannot thank enough to this club for letting me know all these beautiful souls, my brothers and sisters who are always there by my side in my thick and thins, who supports and loves me without judging. Thank you so much to all my seniors for giving me this platform, for believing immensely in me. To all those deeds Rotaract have had offered me ever since I joined, I am lucky to be the part of it and I'm always grateful to Rotaract for providing me the platform to explore myself and for giving me this opportunity to experience so many things in life. tantly, thank you RAC Palpa family. I have changed/grown physically, mentally along with this club and noticed how much I have grown as a person, a sociable human being after getting connected to you all. Rtr. Manish Aryal Member Rotaract Club of Palpa Tansen After seeing/viewing many social services and many other programs for the better prosperity of the individual ones, for the society and in other fields being conducted, I realized Rotaract Club could be the best platform to explore myself and to contribute somehow towards my society. I studied in a government school hence there was no any link with community based organization like Rotary/Rotaract/Interact or any other external involvement in my school. In between the transition phase of school level and high school, I started knowing about the Rotaract club which in my understanding, is the sub-club of Rotary international club. During the free time, I started being involved in Rotaract club of Palpa Tansen's various activities and gathered the information regarding the club and its work for the community. I was inducted as a young and active member. This club is all about young people and their reach in every hooks and corner of the society. My journey from government school wasn't good enough for the professional and leadership skills. Meanwhile, I started to feel changes in myself, my thinking capacity became different, my work for every field was more active than before. It emphasize respect for the right for others. We met many young others working in different field as our brotherhood, sisterhood bond get closer. We help as they need and we also get help as we need in the circle of our Rotaract family. And for the needy peoples, society and for many places Rotaract plays a vital role for the better.

19th century except some updates in theories. Still students are taught those theories which don't even exist these days and they don't even get applied in our daily life. The students are running far from education because they don't find even a single page of book useful in their modern life. The thing is why don't our educational system updates for these modern smart kids? Why we are comparing skill of fish to climb tree and monkey swimming in water. These students needs the evaluation on the basis of their skills and knowledge they in-built. Why does a dancer needs to solve those complex geometry of mathematics? Why a master chef is asked to learn poems and literature for exams? Shouldn't they need the education system classified as per their need? We can't walk even a single mile bare footed though we have collection of shoes? So why should all students answer same question even though they don't have their single application in their professional life ? This is how the frustration arises into the boy's mind after teaching for 5 years and finally he decides to leave the profession of teacher. He started this job to bring a revolution in education but finds the power of chalk helpless behind the system of traditional education. If you are also a teacher and you had taught lots of students do you find satisfaction in all the faces ? Do you find all of them placed well living a standard life ? Do you find all of them successful ? If all students answers same questions in their finals why don't they get same result in their future life ? These are the questions that every teacher asks themselves but are bound to teach the traditional education to modern student with a silence on their face . The chalks transformed into markers , blackboard turned into white board but education is still same evaluating monkey , fish , elephant climbing tree . Some stands first and some remains into the same class forever. Unless of their talent they have for their specific fields.

18

Changing markers and whiteboard doesn't change the education of students .The is shameful to say where developed countries like Finland, China, Australia etc places teacher to highly respected profession but Our teachers still struggle for a single time of food with his basic salaries. All we need to change is the education system which we have inherited since our grand parents to grand children . Every child is born unique and their ability must be tested upon their skills . Then we can have sustainable development and a genius brain to tackle the pandemic situation like COVID-19 . A visionary brain to lead our country in future, a player to win gold medals for our country, a social worker and a rotaractor to raise the humanity being selfless.
