FITNESS CLASSES
All fitness classes are continuous and included with membership or daily fee.
Ages 18+
Active Adults
Mon/Wed/Fri 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Tues/Thurs 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Great for seniors and adults of all ages. Small group personal training consisting of a dynamic warm-up, aerobic exercise, resistance training, and a static cool down. Helps with your cardio strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Takes place at the Adult Center.
Aerobics POPULAR!

Join us for an exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic movement with stretching and strength training.
Senior Workout POPULAR!
Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00am - 10:30am
A workout that is good for different levels of mobility. All movements can be easily adjusted to fit most people’s needs. Takes place at the Adult Center.
Step Aerobics POPULAR!
Tues/Thurs 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Step up, around and down on a 4-inch platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and strengthen your muscles. Takes place at the Adult Center.


Stretching POPULAR!
Mon/Wed/Fri 9:30am - 10:00am
Loosen those muscles and joints from head to toe with some relaxing guided stretches. Takes place at the Adult Center.
Yoga
Mon/Wed/Fri 11:00am - 12:00pm
Yoga enthusiasts of all levels are welcomed. Learn some of the most common poses that are physically challenging, but at a slower pace for beginners. Takes place at the Adult Center.
