We would suggest a four week campaign with seven open homes - one each Saturday, one mid-week on a Thursday evening and one 30 minutes prior to the auction. The Thursday evening twilight open home will be a great opportunity to capitalise on the beautiful outlook and allow all buyers who see the property in the Brisbane News on Wednesday to come through before the weekend. A reserve price would be set the day before auction, based on the price feedback obtained when following up all buyers from our open homes and private inspections. We have attached an example of a Weekly Report and Cover Letter which we send to all our sellers to keep them up to date with all enquiry and inspections.
