No cancellation of Pre - booked orders.

Be aware of the size, color, type of material/cloth of the products you are ordering.

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Returns for Pre - booked orders are not allowed. Return allowed for products having manufacturing defects only.

Return/Size Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

The Packing, tags and other elements related to the products should be intact.

The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Colors as shown in the catalogue may vary from the actual colors of the garments / products in photography.

Rose Petals offers 7 Days free return/ exchange service. The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.

Rose Petals offers 15 Days of free return/ exchange service for orders through our website only.

Customer wants to return/exchange the shipment within 15 days from delivery date the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself because Rose Petals Collections does not offer reverse pickup of the items.

Rose petals will collect the shipment/courier charge for Return/exchange of the items after 7 days of its delivery.
