Prior to joining IR Global, Charlotte spent 16 years working with children and adults with learning difficulties. As Senior Client Manager, she collaborates closely with other Client Managers to ensure that all member needs are addressed and that they continue to benefit from being part of the network.
In her free time, Charlotte can be found at the stables with her ex-racehorse, Rory, and she plans to start competing with him soon. She has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys spending time in nature whenever she can.

Our Client Manager team is here to support you with your membership and gives you the guidance you need to put a successful strategy
in place. This includes support on publishing your news and articles, keeping you up to date on our events, advice on marketing & branding, arranging meetings with other members and also identifying which sectors and jurisdictions are of most interest to you.
We arrange quarterly calls with you and your team to find out what is happening in your firm, learn about your referral activity and to ensure your strategic plan is up to date and working effectively.
Emma is responsible for building strong relationships with existing and new members. She ensures our core values are central to each member’s success. Emma provides bespoke support and guidance to help members develop effective plans, whilst arranging quarterly calls to keep them up to date.
Emma enjoys long walks with Bella, her dog, watching her son play football, and going on outings with her daughter. She’s a dedicated fan on the sidelines, cheering for her husband during his golf matches, and truly feels most at home by the sea and on the beach.
As part of the Client Manager team, Nicole is dedicated to helping members fully utilize their membership potential. By focusing on personalized support, she assists members with creating meaningful connections and encourages actively engaging in the network to maximize their opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Nicole spends most of her free time in the gym, training for her next trampolining competition. Competing internationally allows her to combine her passion for the sport with her love for exploring the world, making each event an adventure.

Your news feed at IR Global is one of the most important parts of your membership. You can upload as much news as possible and this increases your overall activity in the group and makes you more visible. Thus increasing your chances of gaining referrals and connection requests from other members.
Via the members area, your marketing team have the ability to add and edit your own news/articles and filter the news you receive by practice area or sector.

The referrals section of the members area is to allow you to upload and inform us of any inbound or outbound referrals you have sent or received. These referrals will then be highlighted in our quarterly activity report which is sent out to all members and displays you as an active and prominent member of the network. It will also encourage members to reach out and connect with you, increasing your referral avenues even more.
Arguably our most unique and useful tool is our travel calendar which enables you to submit your travel dates and notify local members in that location of your availability to meet.
Our interactive calendar will keep you up to date on members travel, IR Global face-face and virtual events, regional / national meetings and partner led webinars. This will be the place for members to ‘meet’ each other, grow connections and to drive referral activity. This encourages member engagement outside of IR Global events.

Developed in collaboration with the IR Global M&A steering committee, members are able to submit deal opportunities via the online members area. Upon submitting, the opportunity is saved and included on a deal related newsletter and shared globally. Those that receive the deals are active members in the dealmaking arena and have requested to opt in to these updates. Giving you a greater chance of selling or acquiring a business for your clients.

Every year, IR Global recognise our most successful, influential and active members of the group via our 'Member of the Year' (MOTY) awards process.
We reach out to all members and ask for their nominations of the individuals and firms who they believe have made a significant contribution to the group. These are then shortlisted to 15 firms. The criteria starts with referrals, both inbound and outbound. However, it is not just based on the highest level of referrals, but also other innovative and creative ideas that have been put into practice, how they are helping us and their fellow members and finally what their membership means to them and their business.
