Notably, in 2022, Rosemary Beach Realty set a new record on Scenic Highway 30A for brokering the purchase of 115 Paradise by the Blvd, the highest priced home sale at $24 Million. This residential closing marks the third record-breaking 30A sale by Rosemary Beach Realty in the Paradise by the Sea community within the last two years. In 2020, the off-market listing of 88 Paradise by the Sea Court closed at $15.95 million, setting a new record on 30A. Earlier that same year, Rosemary Beach Realty exclusively brokered the previous 30A record sale at 181 Paradise by the Sea Blvd closing at $15.1 million.
