Welcome to our Inaugural Female Production online sale!
Since our establishment in 2011, we have dedicated ourselves to producing c excel in both commercial and show environments. Over the years, our breeding program has emphasised traits such as fertility, maternal ability, and growth, resulting in cattle that meet industry standards. Rose Hill was announced No 1 stud in the Domestic Maternal Indexes in the Speckle Park International 2024 Annual Magazine, gratifying further evidence that we are on the right track. This sale marks a significant milestone in our history, as we proudly present a selection of our females, for your consideration. While we use all of the available data when selecting genetics for our herd, phenotype reigns supreme and we have toured herds in Australia and made several trips to Canada to see animals for ourselves. To ensure that our selections are not blinded by pedigree or emotion, our cattle are independently assessed. As we come together to celebrate this milestone, we would like to express our gratitude to our loyal supporters and fellow breeders. Sale Information
Herd Health
All of the females in the sale have been:
DNA tested to verify they are not persistently infected (PI test) with Pestivirus
7-in-1 booster administered on the 5/04/25
Drenched with Cydectin on the 25/01/25
Unless too heavily in calf, all females have been checked by a vet to ensure that they have two functioning ovaries and a fully sound reproductive tract.
Pregnancy details will be provided on the day.
Breeding Bonus
All females sold come with 2 straws of semen of the buyers choice from the Rose Hill tank. Semen is stored at Holbrook Breeders and Northern Artificial Breeders and freight is the responsibity of the purchaser.
Outside Agents
A rebate of 5% is offered to outside agents who introduce buyers to the selling agent in writing at least 24 hours prior to the sale, and settle accounts on the purchaser’s behalf within 7 days of the sale.
Our Guarantee
We stand by our cattle.
All of the females in our sale are deemed to be reproductively sound, however if a female fails to fall pregnant to a natural mating, within 12 months of purchase, a suitable replacement will be given or a refund of the purchase price made.
The Data
All of the females in this sale have been structurally and docility assessed by Roger Evans, Bovine Scanning Services. Their scores are displayed along with their Breedplan data. The data is tabled as FC- Front Claw, HCHind Claw, FA- Front Feet Angle, RA- Rear Feet Angle, RSRear Side View, RH- Rear Hind View and TMTemperament.
Online Bidding
Stocklive is the online bidding platform. The bidding opens at 7pm on the 25 April, 2025 and concludes at 7pm on the 26th. th
Technology will be available on the day for online bidding.

We are offering free delivery within a 180km radius from Lue, NSW as shown below. For longer distances we can deliver to a pick up point.

A very sweet female out of one of our most successful show cows, doing a great job on her first calf.
Calf at foot is a speckled bull calf born 21/11/25, by Rose Hill Kenny S35, registration pending.
A very pretty heifer by outcross sire Colgan’s Dexter D’Angelo. When we saw this sire in Canada as a young bull, we were impressed with his structure particularly the bit of extra heel so sought after in Speckles. He has left his stamp on this one!
A big capacity female just like her champion mum. Bone, thickness and depth is something we are used to seeing in this family and Beccy is no exception.
