The Critter Management event on Saturday,September 21st with Joe Moffa was a very fun and successful event for all that participated. Please look forward to more events coming soon with Joe Moffa and many more exciting critters!!

Recently, we have been receiving an influx of calls and emails regarding people allowing dogs to do their business in other resident’s yards and NOT picking it up.

Please, always take a bag with you and scoop the poop. Your neighbor will thank you for it!

Please remember that the residential decals will be expiring October 31st. Make sure that you stop by the POA Office with your vehicle registration and insurance so you can get your 2020 residential decal!

At the Rose Hill Intersection Cars running the red light at the north and south entrance could find themselves in a terrible accident if traffic going east & west starts to move before they get through the light. Please be extra careful, we have witnessed too many close calls.

Any debris piles that were created after Hurricane Dorian need to be cleaned up and hauled away. Please remember dumping is not permitted on POA common property. Thank you for understanding.
