RECAP The Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, March 19 at the new Clubhouse and approximately 60 people attended. Quorum was met in the 2ⁿd call and two candidates were reelected to the Board of Directors. Congratulations to Fran Richards and Larry Beckler on their reelection to the Board of Directors. Hargray presented their new Rose Hill pricing to the attendees prior to the meeting. Mark Reinhardt and Grace Kurtz encouraged residents to contact the special Rose Hill number with any concerns they may have. 843-815-2216, yourcommunity@htc.hargray.com Sean presented the Treasurer’s Report and Ed Varcho gave the election results. The meeting wrapped up with a Q&A and adjourned at 7:36pm. Thank you all for participating and for turning in your ballots!
Mailboxes This is a great time to spruce up your mailbox! If your mailbox is looking a bit tired and weary, perhaps a fresh coat of paint, a little cleaning or maybe a whole new mailbox will help. If you would like to order a new mailbox please contact the POA Office and we will be happy to assist you. We also have paint for the mailboxes for $10 at the POA Office.
2ⁿd Quarter Assessments Due April 1 No, it’s not an April Fools trick, it’s almost April and time for the 2ⁿd quarter assessments! Please submit your payment to the POA Office on April 1. $550 for improved property and $367.50 for unimproved property. If you need to set up a payment arrangement please contact crystal@rosehillpoa.com .
Oak Terrace at Rose Hill Keith Klaiber will be playing on Wednesday, March 27th from 5:30pm to 8:30 pm with no cover charge. Target has 12 reservations left for Thursday, March 28th with a $5.00 cover per person and will be playing from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
