PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT activities On the 14th November DV8 are starting their new Paid Internship Programme (PIP) for young people aged 16-18 looking for a taste of what the real working world is like! This is a 6 month opportunity to learn essential skills in CV writing, presentation, and interview techniques, increase your confidence, knowledge and employability in the work place. DV8 are working with some fantastic employers already who will be taking on and helping to develop a young person on their work experience.
