WHAT YOU NEED
MAKE A REUSABLE SANITARY PAD

A3 Paper Pencil Scissors Cotton fabric Needle Thread Snap Fastener or button Cotton/flannel/towel
Draw 11 inch vertical line down A3 paper.
Draw 9 inch horizontal line at mid point of first line (4.5 inches left & right).
Where lines meet, mark 1.5 inches up & down, and 2 inches left & right.
At marked points, draw two 11 inch vertical lines and two horizontal 9 inch lines.
Draw lines to connect points, and cut out to create a cross shape.
Trace onto back of 2 cotton pieces. Cut out both & then cut one in half vertically.
Places pieces on top of each other (pattern side down), and stitch around perimeter.
Once sewn, turn inside out. Stitch snap fasteners on wings (on side with opening).
You have your pad! Fill with materials such as cotton/flannel/towel/etc.
