His Excellency Joseph AyikoiOtoo, Ghana’s new High Commissioner to Canada presented his Letters of Credence to the Governor- General of Canada, His Excellency The Rt. Hon. David Johnston on Thursday 31st August 2017 at Rideau Hall, Ottawa, at a short but impressive ceremony. H. E. Joseph AyikoiOtoo was among five other Heads of Mission from Germany, Lithuania, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic who presented their Letters of Credence
