Former U.S. President Barack Obama has made a passionate appeal and advice to young people in Canada to embrace the creative skills that will help them stand out in a rapidly changing world economy. Addressing a crowd of about 6,000 young people from across the GTA at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre as part of the #CreateFate event organized by the Economic Club of Canada, President Obama emphasized that “anything that’s replicable, anything that’s repeatable is worth trying”.
