You wrote down some action steps in Video 3, too! Look at you go! Now is the time to revisit the plan to make sure it is feasible in the midst of your circumstances.

How are you doing executing these steps? If you're doing well, keep it up! If you haven't taken any action steps, ask yourself why. Is this goal still what I want for myself?

Given your current situation or emotions, do you need to change course? That's the beauty of having control over what you think. You have permission to change your mind and direction.
