SETTING UP OF AN IRISH BRANCH: TAPP TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED
“Making instant messaging simple, anonymous and most importantly: safe!” This is the goal of the new application enjoystr offered by the company Tapp Technology Holdings Ltd. The product is an instant messaging application which is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android providing for safe messaging services on mobile phones (text messages, images). enjoystr does not synchronise with the contacts saved on the device, it does not connect to or depend on a social network nor does the provider collect the data or the messages. After developing enjoystr in Germany, the company decided to sell the product from a basis in Ireland as this is a common step for software providers based in Europe. DEinternational helped the German company set up a branch in Ireland: Tapp Technology Holdings Limited. For the registration of this company the filing of several documents was necessary and with the support of DEinternational, on January 7th 2013 Tapp Technology Holdings was completely registered in Ireland. Subsequently, DEinternational assisted the company in opening a bank account in Ireland by handling the necessary documents and keeping contact with the responsible counterpart in the bank.
