How long can I rent for?
You can rent furniture from 1 month to 36 months.
What is the turnaround time for delivery?
We can often deliver in as little as 48 hours depending on your location.
Do I need to be at the property for the delivery?
No. We can collect keys from an appointed representative (providing the key holder is reasonably near the property).
How much does delivery and installation cost?
As we deliver nationwide, our delivery charges vary dependent on location. All our charges include delivery, installation and collection at the end of the hire period. You can view our delivery charges on our website in checkout.
Damage
We have a fair wear and tear policy which covers most eventualities. However, furniture requiring replacement, significant repairs or specialist cleaning will be chargeable.
What if something is wrong with the furniture?
All our furniture is guaranteed for the duration of the rental. If you’re not comfortable with your rental furniture, we’ll move mountains to make it right.
