ABOUT ME
Hello! I am Romina Recalo. Welcome to my design portfolio! I am a 24 year old undergraduate Interior Design Student at the University of Georgia. I always had a passion for Interior Design and it was a career I dreamt of having. Aside from design I spend most of my time at church conducting girls choir, singing in my church choir and worship team. I am most familiar with Revit as I have used it for 4 semesters. I have basic skills in AutoCAD. In the next few slides you will see some of the work I have done. I am punctual, enjoy problem solving and comfortable working separate or in a team. I have spent some time in new construction homes in the past 5 years for my parents company where I gained experience with paint colors and specifications. I believe I would be a useful asset to your work team.

Description
This assignment required us students to remodel a 2 story home for a couple who feel the affects of an empty nest. We were required to prioritize privacy and take into consideration the direction of the sun. They requested a larger kitchen space and a 2 story workspace to display artwork from the ceiling.

Description The class was instructed to design a space for a family of 3. The owner is an interior designer who asked for combination home and office space. The exterior walls are brick and could not be changed. I decided to create the first floor an office space and the second floor the residential space to keep clients away from the private dwelling. For this project the class was broken into groups to remodel the abandoned Cornerstone Medical Hospital in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. I was placed in the Retail and Restaurant group and this is some of the work I have done.
