Freelance Architect / Designer

Contracted intermittently as a freelance designer/architect for architecture firms, interior design agencies, general contractors, real estate brokers and private clients. Services include: on-site measurements, 3D visualization/modeling, as well as 2D/3D plans and bird’s-eye renderings.

Contributed to private projects, such as personal residences, and public projects, including hospitals and nursing homes. Gained familiarity with incorporating municipal codes, organizational standards and manufacturing specifications in the design process for large-scale public projects.

Participated in all stages of the design process: from initial drawings to final construction plans on a range of private and public projects, including restaurants, shops, and private residences.
