Common

The project has been catered towards every necessity that aged people need.The entities are spaced in such a way that they function as a gated campus with necessary security.

The living units are provided with a caretaker living unit within the main unit so as to enhance care.The units are repitive through and through all the floors ( five levels ) . Amenities such as Retail, Healthcare, Gym and Yoga Halls are provided in view of enhancement of the campus.The design is handicap-friendly and age-friendly wherein there would not be any discomfort in circulating in and around the campus, which is achieved by working with levels substantiately and providing ramps and minimum steps all over the approach.

1.5BHK Room Layout The room layout (870 sqft) has bedroom with living area, kitchen and dining along with balcony.Caretaker unit is provided as well.

2.5BHK Room Layout

This room layout (1300 sqft) has two bedrooms with living area, kitchen and dining along with balcony.Care taker unit is provided as well.

The design is approached with climate and site sensitivity.Masonry techniques are inscribed to increase sustainability factor of the design.

The contours are worked upon so as to reduce miscellaneous costs of the project.Scenic views are experienced throughout.

ACADEMIC : Business Hotel

The design is approached with climate and site sensitivity.

The materials are contemporary glass and concrete.The structure has a courtyard flushed into the inner core, that would help to maintain healthy ambience through and through.The structure being high-rise, the glazed facade makes the users to experience better views.

The design is approached with cultural sensitivity. The main block is the empowerment centre that allows the weaver community to explore their occupation. The centre is supported with Auditorium and Retail haat with plazas so as to enhance the functioning of the design. The blocks are connected with plazas that appreciates social interaction providing inclusivity.

First Floor Layout

The Empowerment centre consists two levels with the ground level equipped with formal spaces like administration , conference rooms and formal dining, whereas, the upper level consists weaver training spaces like dyeing unit, handloom workspace etc.The centre looks upto the plaza infront of it, that allows visual connectivity to maximum.Supportive spaces like Auditorium that hosts the public events that would associate with the weaver’s skills shall be conducted in the same and the Retail Haat provides more exposure to the public about the weaver’s works, wherein the economy is looked upon and the weaved-pieces can be traded.

Overall the design is user-friendly and heavily landscaped to ensure healthy movement/function.
