Ruby Trichy Warriors batted first and scored 175 runs for the loss of four wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Vasanth Saravanan top-scored for them with 52 runs off 28 balls, while Suresh Kumar remained unbeaten on 42 runs off 26 balls. Rahil Shah was the most successful bowler for Siechem Madurai Panthers, taking three wickets for 27 runs in his four overs.
In reply, Siechem Madurai Panthers chased down the target in 18.2 overs, winning the match by five wickets. Arun Karthik was the top scorer for them with an unbeaten 80 runs off 45 balls, while Thalaivan Sargunam scored 70 runs off 36 balls. Chandrasekar Ganapathy took two wickets for Ruby Trichy Warriors.
